A searing drama based on the true story of Fahrije, whose husband went missing during the war in Kosovo. Widows are not expected to work but she has to provide for her family and joins forces with other widows to start a business. The village men condemn Fahrije's efforts to launch a business selling a local food product, starting a feud that threatens the financial future of her family. Hive is a pithy, devastating portrait of loss and a journey to freedom.

Tickets for non-members cost £6 each (Students 16 -19 £3). These can be purchased online here or will available on the door (contactless payments only please, we are not taking cash this season). A small processing fee will be applied to all tickets.
Please note this evening includes our end of core season social with wine or soft drinks but unusually, the film will be shown in screen 2. Doors open at the earlier time of 6.45pm and the film will begin at 7.30pm. All seating is unreserved.
