WWI IN HARROGATE: REFUGEES, NON-COMBATANTS, OBJECTORS AND INTERNEES - Paul’s second talk on WWI back in Harrogate looks at the war for several groups, including refugees from Europe, men who didn’t go to war, for whatever reason including a conscience objection and those foreign born who were interned as enemies.
